Overall responsibility for our approach to modern slavery rests with the senior management of Fulham Man and Van. Managers throughout the business are responsible for implementing this policy within their teams and supply relationships, and for escalating any concerns or suspected breaches.

Our Supply Chain and Supplier Audits

Our supply chain primarily includes vehicle leasing and maintenance providers, fuel suppliers, packing materials providers, cleaning and facility services, and labour supply agencies. We recognise that modern slavery risks can exist at multiple levels within these supply chains.

Fulham Man and Van seeks to work only with suppliers and partners that share our commitment to ethical practices. As part of our supplier onboarding and ongoing management processes, we:

Employment Practices

We are committed to fair and lawful employment practices. Fulham Man and Van ensures that:

All employees have the legal right to work and are engaged under voluntary, written terms. Wages and benefits meet or exceed applicable legal minimums. Working hours comply with relevant laws and are not excessive. No recruitment fees are charged to workers and no one is required to lodge deposits or identity documents as a condition of work. Employees are free to leave their employment in line with contractual and legal requirements.

Reporting Channels and Whistleblowing

Where necessary, and where there is a legal or safety requirement, we may refer matters to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

As our business develops, we will continue to review the scope and depth of our training to ensure it remains appropriate and effective.
